No error in logs but WhatsApp Notifications Not Being Delivered

If you’re experiencing issues where there are no errors in the logs but WhatsApp notifications are not reaching your customers, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem.

✅ 1. Ask the Customer to Respond to the WhatsApp Message #

Sometimes, WhatsApp limits message delivery if the recipient hasn’t interacted with your business recently. To fix this:

  • Ask the customer to reply with a simple “Hi” to the WhatsApp message they received from your number.
  • Once they respond, try triggering the form or notification again to see if it goes through.

🔁 2. Try Sending to a Different Number #

To isolate the issue:

  • Temporarily change the recipient number in your notification settings.
  • Try sending a test message to a different WhatsApp number to verify if the issue is specific to the original recipient.

💳 3. Ensure an Active Credit Card is Linked to Meta Business Account #

WhatsApp message delivery through the Meta Business Platform requires billing to be set up properly.
